Concrete Boom Pump

 

 

All-Motion 0401 series Split Shaft PTO with specially designed durably for repeater loads. AM0401 can provide 100% of input speed at normal drive mode. PTO outputs can be design with all ISO standard flanges as well as suitable housing for any kind of hydraulic pump. The shell material is die-cast aluminum, and the body is light but powerful. A variety of gear ratios are available to match different power chassis.

All-Motion Splist Shaft PTO. When you need to drive several pumps with different functions on the commercial vehicle chassis, such as water pumps, vacuum pumps and hydraulic pumps. All-Motion PTO is undoubtedly the best choice. All-Motion PTOs designed for Light, Middle, Heavy Duty trucks. The gearbox can be installed as horizontal/Vertical if needed. It can provide 100% of input speed. Control system is pneumatic. PTO  outputs can be at the differential side or cabin side. And with the help of Separators for both outputs, outputs can be shifted independently. Separators allow controlling equipment easily and separately. PTO outputs can be design with all ISO standard flanges as well as suitable housing for any kind of hydraulic pump.

All-Motion Hydrostatic solutions. Hydrostatic Split Shaft PTO moves the wheels of the truck by transmitting the power it receives from the main transmission of the engine to the hydraulic motor via drive shaft and so can provide 100% of input speed. All-Motion gearbos has 3 Hydraulic Pump Pads and 1 Hydromotor Pad and cooling system can be built on the Hydrostatic Gearbox as an option. PTO outputs can be designed with all ISO standard flanges as well as suitable pads for any kind of hydraulic pump and hydromotor.  These Hot Shift Featured Split Shaft Units are generally used for Commercial Vehicles designed for various duties such as Sewer Cleaning Vehicles, Sweeping Trucks, Road Maintenance and Cleaning Vehicles, Fire Fighting Trucks, Vacuum Trucks, Water Jetting Trucks, Jet-Vac Vehicles.

All-Motion Split Shaft PTO which is designed with the clutch mechanism and it provides Hot Shift Feature. Thanks to a clutch mechanism not necessary to press clutch pedal during engage/disengage process. The  Hot Shift Featured Gearbox can be installed as horizontal if needed. It can provide 100% of input speed. Control system can be pneumatic or mechanic. PTO  shaft can be at differential side or cabin side. Second PTO output is an option.  In case of double PTO, the output is requested, PTO outputs can be shifted independently. PTO outputs can be design with all ISO standard flanges as well as suitable housing for any kind of hydraulic pump.

Bridge Inspection Truck

 

 

All-Motion DS Series transfer case, which is powered by a transmission-side PTO. The traveling motor is driven by a hydrostatic system, and the internal gear ratio from the motor to the transmission shaft is 1/14.625. It can drive the vehicle to travel at a speed as low as 0.05Km/h. At the same time, the transfer case is equipped with a braking system to make the vehicle safer to drive. Drive capacity up to 44 tons vehicles. We can also provide Danfoss traveling motors and imported Italian brand brakes as solution packages to customers.
